商品分は決済手段で返金されますが、
お客様から送って頂いた送料はサイトポイントもしくはPAYPALのみで可能でございます。

For returns due to customer reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
In cases of returns or exchanges due to incorrect shipments or defective products, the product cost will be refunded via the original payment method. However, the return shipping cost paid by the customer can only be refunded as site points or via PayPal.

·商品を受取日より7日を経過した場合
·明るい色(白やアイボリーなど)の商品の汚れが生じた場合
·お客様のもとでキズや汚れまたは破損が生じた商品や
·タグ(洗濯方法、商品箱、付属品)などの破損、または廃棄した場合
·受領後洗濯、お直し、修理、クリーニングした商品
·試着以外に使用した場合
·カスタマーサービスセンターへの事前のご連絡なしにご返送された商品

·モニターの環境や撮影時の照明によって実物と多少色合いが異なる場合がございますので不良として処理されません。
·実測サイズは測る位置により1~3cmの差が生じる場合がございます。
また、ニートは素材特性上、1~5cmの差が生じる場合がございます。
このような場合は不具合で交換・返品は出来かねますのご協力お願い申し上げます。
·デニムの商品は、他のものへ色移りする恐れがありますのでご注意下さい。
·製作過程により仕上げ処理が至らぬ所(抜き糸)、チョークの跡等がある場合がございますが、不良として処理されません。

- Returns will not be accepted if more than 7 days have passed since the product was received.
- Returns will not be accepted if light-colored items (such as white or ivory) show stains.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has scratches, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
- Returns will not be accepted if tags (such as care labels, product boxes, or accessories) are damaged or discarded.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been washed, altered, repaired, or dry-cleaned after receipt.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used beyond trying it on.
- Returns will not be accepted if the item is sent back without prior contact with customer service.
- Due to monitor settings and lighting during photography, colors may differ slightly from the actual product; such differences are not considered defects.
- Actual measurements may vary by 1–3 cm depending on the measuring method. For knitwear, variations of 1–5 cm may occur due to material characteristics. Such differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Please be aware that denim products may transfer color to other items.
- Minor manufacturing imperfections such as loose threads or chalk marks may occur and are not considered defects.
