Important Notice Regarding International Shipping & Customs
Recently, we have seen an increasing number of cases where packages are being returned to us from the U.S. without being claimed.
Please be advised that all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
In most of these cases, packages were returned because customers declined to pay the customs fees upon arrival.
We kindly ask you to take the following points into consideration before placing your order
■RETURN POLICY
All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item (even for defective items).
Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).
BLACKUP must be contacted via the Email before making any returns or exchanges.
BLACKUP will only cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
All other shipping costs, including those for exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, will be the responsibility of the customer.
For international returns, please note that customs duties and clearance fees may be charged by Korean customs upon the product’s arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The seller cannot inform you of the tax amount in advance, as it is not possible to know how much it will be.
The amount of duties and clearance fees will be deducted from your refund.
Even after the returned item arrives in Korea, the refund process may take a long time due to customs clearance procedures.
If non-defective items are returned along with defective ones, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
■The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
• Any item where the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective before arrival.
• Customized or handmade items.
• Items that show traces of use, wash, or alterations.
• Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags,
alterations, washing damage, even if the item was defective upon arrival.
• All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.
BLACKUP is not responsible for problems caused by carelessness of customer.
Items returned or exchanged that are identified to be damaged by customer will result in legal action taken by BLACKUP according to seller and customer’s protection laws.
Please wash and care items according to the tips stated on the website.
Wrinkles or creasing from delivery or minor issues with stitches, glue marks, or chalk marks will not be considered defects.
Items that are the wrong size due to wrong measurements by the customer will not be considered defective items.
All products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including any gifts.
Products are eligible for return only in their unused condition; returned products must include the original tags.
If any gifts that were sent have been used or lost, the customer will be responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return or exchange.
